Survey on IE

Microsoft floated a survey among IE users to understand their motivations of using it. The question “Why do you use IE?” had only 2 options: 

a) To download other browser 

b) I am using my school PC.
The above survey got no responses because every time someone would open IE, it crashed before the survey link could appear.

Edit: I could not submit this answer immediately after I wrote it. Why is Quora not allowing me to do it? Oh wait, I was using IE, so nevermind.
